Rampage of random telephone threats by "The Dan and Scott Show"

The following is the transcript of three successive calls made by eyada.com's "Dan and Scott Show" in a single rampage, apparently on October 19, 2000, as explained in the first transcription of this series. These calls were all made to the same randomly-selected target; by their own statement, calling this person three times constitutes harassment. They justified this by asserting that the person they threatened was "rude" in responding to their abuse. As with the other calls, clips of my voice were used, and my name was falsely given as the caller. The target's full name is omitted here for privacy reasons, but was clearly audible on the recording.

Man: D___ P___.

Eyada: You're just plain evil.

Man: D___ P___.

Eyada: You're plain evil, aren't you? You're just plain evil.

Eyada: This is Gary McGath.

Man: Who?

Eyada: This is Gary McGath. I'm making a complaint with the police.

Man: What?

Eyada: Hello.

Man: Yeah?

Eyada: You seem to forget one thing. When you try mailbombing me ... wind up having the same thing done to yourself.

Man (over previous): .... talking about?

Eyada: I'm going to have you prosecuted. [Pause] Have a good day.

Dan and Scott then decided to call D. P. again, and said, "Calling once is a good time, two times if funny, three times is harassment. That's our rule."

Man: Hello.

Eyada: You bastard, you bastard, you bastard! You're enjoying this, aren't you? You enjoy inflicting pain on people, don't you?

Man: What are you talking about?

Eyada: Go on.

[Confused overlap]

Eyada: This is Gary McGath.

Man: Gary who?

Eyada: This is Gary McGath.

Man: Yeah?

Eyada: You bastard, you bastard! You really think you're going to wipe us all out one at a time?

Man: I don't know what you're talking about or who you are.

Eyada: Yes?.

Man: Get off of my line or ---.

Eyada: This is Gary McGath.

Man: Hang up and dial some other --

Eyada: I'm making a complaint with the police. I'm going to have you prosecuted. I'm making a complaint with the police. You're just plain evil. [Pause] Hello. Hello. Hello.

Schulz and Wirkus then discussed calling again, repeated the "three times is harassment" dictum, and then called D. P. again because "he was so rude." Seven rings were heard, during which Schulz and Wirkus giggled while speculating over whether he would answer the phone.

Man: Hello.

Eyada: Yes?

Man: Who's this?

Eyada: Just what do you think you're gaining? Do you try this kind of campaign against everybody who protests against your spam?

Man: I don't know, I don't know whether you know what you're doing or you're drunk.

Eyada: You're plain evil, aren't you? You don't care who you destroy, whom you hurt. You want to get anyone who interferes with your having your damn way.

Man: Well, how come you're calling my number and pestering me tonight?

Eyada: You're plain evil, aren't you? You're just plain evil. That's all there is to it.

Man: I want you to get off the line or I'm going to call the police, and they're going to pick you up.

Eyada: Have you got the right number? [Pause] Have a good day.

These were three of ten harassing phone calls made by "The Dan and Scott Show," one after another, to seven different randomly selected victims, falsely using my name. Transcriptions of further calls will be added, and links provided here, as my time permits.
